Before joining, we'll arrange a one-to-one Zoom chat with me, Dr. Emma Macey, to ensure the group is a good fit for you and to discuss your personal goals. This personalised approach sets the stage for a supportive and growth-oriented experience.
Holistic Techniques Integration:
Within these sessions, we seamlessly weave in holistic techniques, incorporating breathwork to enhance soothing and introducing cold exposure as an innovative approach to enhance compassion. Scientific evidence supports the physical and psychological benefits of cold exposure, boosting dopamine, noradrenaline, and endorphins, contributing to an enhanced sense of well-being. Simultaneously, breathwork has shown connections to improved mental clarity, increased energy, and heightened emotional well-being.
